Refund/Exchange Policy
designabiz.com takes great
pride in the quality of our products. Customer satisfaction is our #1
priority. As a retailer we strive for a long term relationship with our
customers. We realize that the buying process is not complete until the
customer is satisfied enough to recommend us and our products to their
friends and family.
We offer a comprehensive
return policy that guarantees your satisfaction.
We accept returns for
exchange or refund for the following reasons:
- Shipping errors
- Damaged goods

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to
Customer Service and we will forward a
return address. Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 5
days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached. We will
not accept returns without a return authorization number. We will not
accept orders that are returned to sender. Items purchased with a discount
code may only be returned for exchange. Shipping charges are NOT refundable
under any circumstances.
Refunds will be issued
within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.
How to
Return/Exchange Your Order:
- Contact us
within 7 days of receipt of your product
Customer Service and include a copy of your order or the transaction
ID number from your confirmation page. Please tell us the item you
received and the reason for the return. Advise us if
you want a refund or an exchange.
- We will email
your return/exchange instructions that include a ship to address along with a
return authorization number:

All items returned/exchanged must be
unworn and in the original box, and all original contents, (i.e. retro
cards, or cases, etc.).

Refund/Exchanges must be returned with in
5 days of delivery of your item.

Certain items can not be returned, i.e.
products on our clearance page.

Return/exchange must include return authorization number to be
processed.
- Refunds
will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your
credit card.
Exchanges will be processed once item is received.
IT IS IMPORTANT
NOT TO SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK UNTIL WE EMAIL YOU A CONFIRMATION. YOUR
PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND WILL BE SHIPPED BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE.
